Pacific North Contractors was established in 2018. Kenny Elumbaugh - CEO; created the company with the same work ethic, attention to quality, and detail that he had developed over a span of 25 years in the industry. Kenny has maintained working relationships with the same Developers, Subcontractors, and Vendors setting his company apart from others in the industry, by creating an interdisciplinary system that operates and functions as one team.
